We have rapidly become one of Stoke-on-Trent’s most fashionable and highly acclaimed Indian restaurants. Over recent years we have received numerous awards including the prestigious Taste of Staffordshire Ethnic Restaurant of The Year on more than one occasion.
Our objective is to provide a relaxed atmosphere in pleasant surroundings. We offer a constantly evolving menu, coordinated with a selection of fine wines – all designed to reflect an ethos of innovation and creativity.
Our culinary style offers inspired signature dishes, everyday comfort food and contemporary creations from the Asian sub-continent, giving you an insight into a unique array of food.
Our food has been created for you by our specialist in-house team, each expressing their own individual styles from various regions of Asia. This insight allows you the opportunity of dining safe in the knowledge that you can enjoy traditional variety and exciting new creations.
Our Head Chef, Jabi Lal-Kharel has a wealth of experience, having worked across the world in Asia, Europe and South America. His unique creations have been pitted against some of the world’s most experienced culinary chefs. Chef Jabi’s philosophy is to remind us that food not only replenishes us, it interprets our world for us. When we feel healthy, nourished and cared for we enjoy our lives more.
Our front of house team are highly trained in dealing with all customer needs and are able to provide an insight to our extensive menu, including any special dietary needs.
Our restaurant provided personalised menus for those special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, business lunches in addition to outside catering. So if you have any special requirements, I would be more than pleased to discuss them with you personally.
